Your Role:
• Design and develop core features of the main product • Analyze and improve existing codebase (performance, reliability) • Contribute to code reviews and best practices • Lead the development team from a technical perspective, ensuring alignment with architectural goals • Collaborate with Product and DevOps teams to define and implement scalable solutions • Drive adoption of coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD practices • Mentor team members and support their technical growth • Participate in architectural decision-making and solution design for complex features

Core Responsibilities: • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices • Remove impediments and foster an environment that enhances team productivity • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is refined and prioritized effectively • Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics and tools • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do: • Design, develop, and test web applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and other .NET technologies • Use front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, and Bootstrap to create user-friendly and responsive web pages • Work with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core to design and manage databases and queries • Implement security and data protection measures using authentication, authorization, encryption, and hashing techniques • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the performance and scalability of the applications • Follow the best practices and standards for coding, testing, and documentation • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development • Work with cloud platforms and services such as Azure or AWS to deploy and manage applications and resources • Use version control tools such as Git and agile methodologies such as Scrum to manage the software development lifecycle
